Return & Refund Policy

At Purpose Healthcare Labs, customer satisfaction is our priority. As a direct-to-consumer brand, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This policy explains when and how you can return products and request refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
Opened, partially used, or damaged items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Only products purchased directly from www.purposehealthcarelabs.com are covered.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used health supplements
Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
Free samples, promotional items, or gift cards
Clearance or discounted sale items (unless damaged on arrival)

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable (except when the return is due to our error).

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
If the order is already shipped, it must be returned following the above return process.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Our support team will verify and guide you through the return process.
Ship the item securely to our return warehouse address (to be provided by our team).
Keep the tracking details until your return is confirmed.
